Can you dig it?

This version adds two new major features:

Map attributes

It is now possible to add project-wide map attributes. Their name, type and default value can be set through the project panel, after which they will show up in the map panel where only the value can be changed. This can for a myriad of purposes, for instance to set a map's display name, what music will play in the background, or to set the time limit of a level.

Tiles

A new block type has been added which is completely procedural and uses our in-house Cyberplasm algorithm. Like normal blocks, tiles can be added to blocksets (through a new tab of the Add Blocks dialog) and added to the map using the Brush or Fill tools. Then, using the new Dig tool, they can be manipulated in various ways. By default, dragging a corner changes its elevation. Holding Ctrl will instead allow changing a tile's span. Combining Ctrl and Alt modifies that corner's normal. By simultaneously holding the Shift key, the corners of neighbouring tiles will be affected by each of the aforementioned operations as well.
