Team preference can now be set, both using command-line arguments and the Open Encounter GUI.

To change a player's team preference from the launcher, simply click their input icon. When running the game from a terminal, team preference is set for all players using -0=TEAM. To set it for a single player, replace the zero with that player's id. The value of TEAM can be 0 or anything starting with an R to set the team preference to Red, and 1 or anything starting with a C or B in order to set it to team Cyans.
